Often our clients don’t need a 3-4 week Discovery Roadmap process and perhaps they don’t have the budget for one.

Out of this, we have given birth to the Mini Roadmap – a one day intensive session navigating through your business with a strategic and practical outcome presented at the end.

This is run by a top-tier Marketing Director, with the brunt of the work being condensed into one day (often spread out over three days). Below is a snippet of Origo’s case study…

Origo provides a high quality, high value BPO service which helps onshore teams reduce their workload. They had a lack of Marketing expertise in their executive team, so there was a big gap to be filled if they wanted to grow.
